Colorado You Got Talent Southern Regional Finals in Walsenburg

WALSENBURG — The Spanish Peaks Community Foundation hosts Colorado You Got Talent on Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Washington School Auditorium, 201 E 5th St. A portion of proceeds benefits the assisted living community.

Singers, dancers, comedians, circus performers, and entertainers from across southern Colorado compete for the state championship. Youth (ages 4–17) perform August 16 at 10 AM; adults (18–99) perform August 17 at 10 AM. This is an all-day event.

The top ten youth and top ten adults from the Walsenburg Southern Regional Finals advance to State Finals on October 19 at Town Hall Arts Center in Littleton. First-, second-, and third-place winners receive cash and prizes; first-place winners also receive a full day of production from B-Normous Production and a professional photography package from LeRoy Photography.
