Free holiday concert featuring the Wonderful Walsenburg Wurlitzer

WALSENBURG — The Spanish Peaks Community Foundation and Fox Theatre Walsenburg host a free holiday music concert featuring the Wonderful Walsenburg Wurlitzer on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 4:30 PM at 715 Main Street. Proceeds benefit the Fox Theatre Building Fund.

Holiday music on the 90-year-old theatrical pipe organ, piano, and cello by Colorado artists Bob Flinn, Eva Cavaillé-Coll, and Brendan O’Donoghue. Bob Flinn discusses the organ and future improvements after the concert.

Doors open at 4:00 PM. Hot chocolate and hot cider available at the concession stand. Stay after the concert for a front-row seat to the Walsenburg Parade of Lights at 6:00 PM, then join the theatre for a screening of Woodlawn (PG) — tickets $5 Adults, $4 Students, $3 Children (3–5).
